Our brief was to create an immersive e-commerce site that challenged the traditional look and feel of online fashion stores, but at the same time, make it easier for customers to complete their transaction with the brand and encourage brand loyalty.
We conducted in-depth market & competitor research before executing the best practises in user experience design. We were briefed on 3 important requirements from the client: Mobile-First, Accommodate for the brands social growth & device acquisition. Values Focused, Refine & reflect the brand values to the target audience and Flexibility, multiple homepage layouts for product and content pushes.

With help from our in-house testing lab, we ensure your digital experience works correctly on a multitude of handheld browsers, mobile devices & desktops.
Post-launching a product or service we constantly look to improve the experience. Running A/B tests allows us to gather further insights & make alterations where necessary to improve conversion rates and user experience.
At the time of launch, P&Co had gained a large social media following with Instagram and Facebook playing a large role in link referrals. 52% of users currently visit the store through a hand-held device. Due to this, we focused on making pages load as quickly as possible along with optimising all on page product and promotional content. Launching with mobile customers at the core of the project strategy.
The Solution
The end result has provided Stone with a website that educates and informs customers. The content rich experience is a lead generator and is fully integrated with Hubspot and Demand Base providing a streamlined lead management and marketing processes.
New media content was incredibly import to Stone. Part of our content strategy was to help contributors easily create content rich articles without requiring any advanced technical knowledge. adaptable has produced a range of digital assets in the form of custom fields. These fields allow contributors to select from many different styling options for quotes, image sizes, call to actions and video content.
